Lead the technical vision and strategy for Eden's platform, driving innovation in AI and our core service infrastructure.

• Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy.
• Lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the architecture and development of our client and gardener portals, and AI systems.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology platform.

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering, CTO).
• Deep expertise in building and scaling web applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
