Job Description

Join our support team to help clients manage their services and answer questions. Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist clients with scheduling, billing, and using the Eden portal.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping people.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. A love for gardening is an even bigger plus!
