Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for our gardener franchisees, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new franchisees on the Eden platform and operational standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for business operations, client management, and marketing.
  • Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching to help them meet their goals.
  • Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate team, gathering feedback for system improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or franchise support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for helping small business owners succeed.
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus.
