Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for our gardener franchisees, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed and grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new franchisees on the Eden platform and operational standards.
- Provide ongoing support for business operations, client management, and marketing.
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide coaching to help them meet their goals.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate team, gathering feedback for system improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or franchise support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for helping small business owners succeed.
- Experience in the service industry is a plus.
