Lead the growth and success of the Eden franchise network. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our gardener franchisees.

• Develop and execute the strategy for franchise growth and expansion.
• Oversee the franchisee recruitment and selection process.
• Manage the onboarding and training program for new franchisees.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure franchisee success and brand consistency.

• 7+ years of experience in franchise management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of franchise business models and legal requirements.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a network of business owners.
