Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for our commercial and B2B segments.
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our service offerings and reach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building and managing a successful sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
