We are seeking an experienced horticulturist to lead our flagship design team. Must have a deep knowledge of native plants and sustainable practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of junior gardeners and designers.
• Develop and execute high-end landscape design projects.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Ensure all projects adhere to Eden's standards of quality and sustainability.

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in landscape design and horticulture.
• Expert knowledge of regional native plants, soil science, and sustainable gardening practices.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
