Head of Franchising

We are seeking an experienced Head of Franchising to lead the expansion of our gardener network. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and ongoing success of our franchise partners.

• Develop the overall franchise growth strategy, including market selection and expansion.
• Oversee the franchisee recruitment process from lead to signing.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to franchisees to ensure their success.

• Strong understanding of franchise business models and franchisee support.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to grow a franchise network.
