As a Lead Horticulturist, you will oversee our most prestigious garden projects, lead a team of gardeners, and serve as a key consultant for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of junior gardeners and horticulturists.
- Develop and execute garden designs and maintenance plans.
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Ensure all projects adhere to sustainability standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in horticulture or landscape management.
- Expert knowledge of native plants, soil science, and sustainable horticulture.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
